As we all know, 2020 was difficult for tourism. Our sustainable Arctic marine tourism research agenda was blindsided and our May 2020 workshop in the Faroes was cancelled. In making lemonade from those lemons, we have taken our experiential Sustainable Arctic Marine Tourism workshop and made it experimental as well. Over the past two weeks (June 2021), with just a couple of viable travelers making it to the Faroes, we have been meeting mostly virtually in 2D and VR to investigate sustainable tourism in the Faroe Islands. This is a test of how to share the 3D images we’ve created. Take a look around on our fantastic fishing trip in 360 degrees!

We hope this whets your appetite for much more to come!
